Gladston Makhib — Actor
Gladston’s acting career started in 2011 in theater, music videos, movies and tv series, all mostly in Russia. In theater, Gladstone worked closely with directors from all over the world, including Bob Willson, Dimitris Papaioanu, Konstantin Bogomolov, Yurii Kviatkovsky, Maxim Didenko and more.
He has been an artist-in-residence at Cite des arts Paris, worked with the French artist and curator Sasha Pevak, collaborated with the Estonian theater festival “Vaba Lava” and the Austrian theater festival “Steirischer Herbst” and many others in Germany, Moldova and Ukraine.
Gladston is open to various types of cooperation and collaborations: “In my work I like a versatile approach. I like the philosophy of Synthetic Existence - when you can transform into completely different roles and bring them to life. In a completely wide spectrum from Classics to underground and arthouse. I am open to proposals for commercial shootings, shows, as well as to participate in intellectual creative projects.”
